The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmem ers Hot Neils, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-51 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND TIMBER CREEK (A-739) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract, dated October 13, 1977, Saratoga Development and Jopp Construction, developers of Timber Creek, have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the developers have completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the developers have requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Pond or Ditch Construction $ 2,000 $ -0- Street Signs 450 -0- Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000 11000 Erosion Control 1,000 1,000 Site Grading 9,100 -0- Totals $13,550 $2,000 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $4,450,be further reduced to $2,000 to reflect the completed work.
