Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of January , 1981 . The following members were
present: -Mayor Davenport _Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt,on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-49
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 15-2 AVENUE IN PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Clifford A. and Marion F. Hanesalo, Alfred
V. 011ikain and William Stevenson have petitioned the City Council for a vacation
of the followina street:
All that part of 1512 Avenue adjacent to the southerly side of Lots 5,
6 and 7, Block A, Plymouth Orchards Addition
ANO, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY (IF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of (larch 2, 1981
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearina on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
