Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,nnM3 esota was held on th
19th day of Januar 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor DavenMr ounce members Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen.
The follow -ng members were absent: done
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-45
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR BIDS FCS? TREES IN CITY PARKS
WHEREAS, the City has a formal Reforestation Program for which
$27,000 has been budgeted, and
WHEREAS, said program has been reviewed and approved by the
Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota that the City Manager is authorized
to solicit bids for the planting of trees in city parks as per
the approved Reforestation Plan dated December 22, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilnember T reinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
