The following members were present- - Mayor Davenport, Councimem ers-Ho t Neils Schneider & Threinan The following members were absent: None *** t,irf ,r,►w Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-44 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SIDEWALK GUIDEPLAN FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has approved a General Development Plan for "Downtown Plymouth," and WHERE4S, the General Development Plan does not include sidewalks for pedestrian traffic, and WHEREAS, the City thinks it is in the best interest of the citizens of Plymouth to include sidewalks with the development of "Downtown Plymouth," and WHEREAS, a proposed Sidewalk Guide Plan for "Downtown Plymouth" has been reviewed by the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the proposed Sidewalk Guide Plan as outlined by the Park and Recreation director in his memo dated November 25, 1980, for "Downtown Plymouth" be adopted as part of the General Development Plan for "Downtown Plymouth." The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Daven ort , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen • The following vote against orabstained; No Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
