Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
19th day of January , 19_§L. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None

CoV%ilmemter Schneider intividuced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-43
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON
STREETS ADJACENT TO THE RADISSON INN
WHEREAS, substantial on street parking has been noted on the streets adjacent
to the Radisson Inn, and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the installation of "NO
PARKING" signs on both sides of the following streets:
1. Annapolis Lane from 26th Avenue to Highway 55
2. Highway 55 frontage road (south side) from Annapolis Lane to Yucca Lane
3. Yucca Lane from Highway 55 to 26th Avenue
4. 26th Avenue from Yucca Lane to Annapolis Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon,. the
following voted in favor ereo : Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider
& Threinen
