Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re Ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
January, IP11 —_ The following members were present:

Councilmemher Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-37
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS
NO ADDITION FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (80060)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Plymouth Hills 2nd Addition as requested by Plymouth Hills Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memoranda for this property.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer.
3. No building permits to be issued until the final plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember T , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
