The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-34 ORP'2ING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 19TH AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 104 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-900 of the City Council, adopted the 15th day of December, 1980, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improvements on 19th Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of trunk water facilities, watermain lateral and street improvements along 19th Avenue to serve the existing developed area; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 19th day of January, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted December 15, 1980. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. Preparation of the plans and specifications shall not begin until the developer of Oakdale West Addition has executed the development contract. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, me roiiowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass an
