The following members were present -.—Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen The membersfollowingngwere absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-33 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATICINS GALILEE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA - PROJECT NO. 915 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-897 of the City Council, adopted the 15th day of December, 1980, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improve- emnts in the Galilee Addition and adjacent area; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer and water - main laterals, storm sewer on 45th Avenue and County Road 18 frontage road and bituminous street, curb and gutter on 45th Avenue and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 19th day of 10 January, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted December 15, 1980. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Nhneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a opte .
