HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-030CITY O'FPLVtOUTH s Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the day of January 1981 The following members were present: ----Mayor Davenport, ounc mem ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen. The following members were Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-30 APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO COMMUNITY EDUCATION ADVISORY COUNCIL WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT #284 WHEREAS, Independent School District #284 has initiated a Community Education Program; and WHEREAS, the creation of a Community Education Advisory Council is required by law as an integral part of that program; and WHEREAS, Independent School District #284 has requested the appointment of two -individuals from the City of Plymouth to the Wayzata District Community Education Advisory Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Mrs. Betty Threinen and Mr. Eric Blank be appointed as the City's representatives to the Wayzata District Community Education Advisory Council for terms to expire January 31, 1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport.
