the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was heron the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 29
APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO ELM CREEK CONSERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Conservation Commission is established to insure
proper ground water drainage, thereby reducing the likelihood of property
damage due to flooding; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to annually name a Director
and Alternate representing the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Mr. Vern Peterson is appointed as Director and
James Threinen as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Conservation Commission
for a term expiring January 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers govt.
Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
Tne following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passu a
