Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th daffy of Januar , 1981 . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 28
APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission is established to insure
proper ground water drainage, thereby reducing the likelihood of property
damage due to flooding; and
WHEREAS, Sherman Goldberg is serving as the City's representative and Fred
Moore as the alternate to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission for a
term expiring January 31, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA the term of Sherman Goldberg as representative and Fred
Moore as alternate representative to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission
be extended to January 31, 1982.
