Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
5th day of January , 19 81 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hovt, Neils, Schneider & Threiaen
The following members were absent: None _
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 27
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for
the year 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers_ Hovt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
