Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of _ January , 19 81 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Council members— Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO 81 -26
DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1981
WHEREAS, State Statute requires that a Health Officer for the City of
Plymouth be appointed for the year 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTHS MINNESOTA that Dr. Thomas Mayer, 3007 Harbor Lane, Plymouth be
appointed to act as Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
