Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of January , 19 81 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmen ers How, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-23
APPOINTING ACTING MAYOR FOR 1981
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 2.02 of the City Code provides that the
Council shall choose an Acting Mayor from amonn the members of the
Council at the first regular meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Councilmember Neils is hereby appointed to
act as Acting Mayor for the Plymouth City Council during the year 1981.

�ounci?men er chnei�er and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
