Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hild on the
5th day of January , 19_aL. The following members were
pres� ent: eta or Daven ort. Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution ar,d
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO 81 - 21
APPROVAL OF TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING, LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a Target and Trap shooting range License
application has been received from the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc. in
accordance with Chapter IX, Section 930, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting Range License
be approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane, for a period
of one year from January 1, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mavor Davenport CoUnrilmemhars, nyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
