Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of January , 19 81 . The following members
were present:_ Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, 1eils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Counciimember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 -19
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses have
been received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 13, City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Gasoline Service Station License applications
for the parties listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1981
through December 31, 1981.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof–: flavor Davenport. CQuncilmembers Hoyt
Neils, Schneider and Treinen
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —pas-sneY and adopted.
