Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of Januar , 19 81. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-14
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CRITERION M.P.U.D. (A-1314)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated May 13, 1980, Zachman
Homes, Inc. and Duane N. and Gabriele C. Hall, developers of Criterion M.P.U.D.
(A-814), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developers have completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developers have requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was $109,480 be reduced to $65,800 to reflect the
completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
