Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
5th day of Januar-y' , 19 81. The following members were
present:MaXor Davenport, Councilmerftbers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were a s� none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-11
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT- FOR DOMINIUM GROUP, INC.
LOCATED WEST OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE ACROSS FROM 11TH AVE. NORTH (79071)
WHEREAS, on September 2, 1980 the City Council approved a site plan for the
Dominium Group, Inc. for a townhouse project to be located west of South Shore
Drive across from 11th Ave. North, and
WHEREAS, a condition of that approval required the developer to install accelera-
tion/deceleration lanes and pay special assessment for sanitary sewer and water,
and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to this site plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development contract for said site plan be approved and the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf
of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor hereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
