Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he 'on
5th day of Januar , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t, Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 10
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 904/004/007
49TH AVE_. 51ST AVE. AND 10TH AVE. UTILITIES)
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Add three valves to 51st Ave. watermain
2. Install 6" PVC underdrains on 49th Ave.
3. Install 12" RCP culvert on Larch Place
4. Remove and replace unsuitable subgrade material on 10th Ave.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 4 for Project 904/004/007 is recommenced for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 904/004/007 by adding $71,145.00 is
approved and that the existing contract price of $608,515.75 is revised to
$679,660.75.
The �r�otion for the ad tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C,uncilmember Nei , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmenbers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed n adopted.
