Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinc of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was We -T3 on the
5th day of January , 19 81. The following members were
present: MA,vor DaXenport. Councilmembe s Hovt. Neils. Schneider and Thr n.
The following Members were absent: t: none
�oWncituber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 09
APPROVINI, CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT 925 - CRITERIG'd M.P.U.D. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities:
1. Remove and replace u•isuitable subgrade material.
2. Level unsuitable material.
AND, WHEREAS, flange Order No. 2 for Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities
is recommendeu or approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities
by adding $30,027.49 is approved and the original contract price of $551,839.80 is
revised to $581,867.29.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voteA against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
