Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heli on the
5th day of Januar , 19 31 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 07
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WPFREAS, Request for Payment No 4, dated December 22, 1980, for R. C. Dahlstrom,
Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, 14olsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $49,360.00 to R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc. for shelters
at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpuncilmen)ber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor ereo : tlayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopte .
