Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heron the
5th day of January , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Dayenport.Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
QnWnrilmemher Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-06
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
VICKSBURG LANE
PROJECT 801
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10, dated December 19, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 10 in the amount of $4,536.25.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
�rhnPider and Threinen
Sing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
