Tie following members were present:t"ayor Davenport, Coling members Hoyt, +eils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were 2bsent: none Cn,nrilm tuber Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-03 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "HARRISON HILLS" RPUD 80-2 FOR HARRISON HILLS, INC. (79055) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for "Harrison Hills" RPUD 80-2 as requested by Harrison Hilis, Inc.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 11 Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Detailed construction drawings shall be submitted and approved relative to the Cross Community Trail. 3. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing of final plat. 4. Street naming shall be in accordance with adopted Street Naming Policy. 5. Required site improvement performance financial guarantee shall be termed for 24 months for site improvements including landscaping which are not included in the approved development contract. 6. Final plans shall be appropriately revised to reflect required minimum setbacks on all lots and in particular corrections shall be made on Lots 6 and 7, Block 8. 7. Compliance with Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding filing of documents for planned unit developments; to include review and approval of homeowner association documents by the City Attorney. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmenbers Hoyt. Neils Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passe an adopted.
