AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 55 BETWEEN 46TH
AVENUE AND URBANDALE COURT (2013022)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single-family detached 3) with
respect to the roughly 27 -acre property presently legally described as follows:
That part of the west 1/2 of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 7,
township 118 north, range, 22, lying south of the southerly line of State Highway no. 55,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. And, the west %Z of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of section 18, township 118 north, range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on July 9, 2013.
