ORDINANCE NO. 2013-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 101 (2013028)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to O (office) with respect to roughly 7
acres located at the southwest corner of Highway 55 and County Road 101, within the area to be
legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Park Nicollet Plymouth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on July 9, 2013.
