Item: Discuss City Manager's Employment Agreement
1. ACTION REQUESTED:
Review and discuss city manager employment agreement. Provide staff direction as needed.
2. BACKGROUND:
At its June 24 Special Meeting, the City Council interviewed Dave Callister, Administrative
Services Director, for the city manager position. Mr. Callister was appointed city manager
pending the results of a background check and agreement on the terms of an employment
agreement. The background check results are satisfactory. The employment agreement will be
provided at the July 9 study session for review and discussion.
