RESOLUTION NO. 2013-234
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR THE REZONING
OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 55
AND COUNTY ROAD 101 (2013028)
WHEREAS, Park Nicollet Health Services has requested reclassification of the zoning
from FRD (future restricted development district) to O (office) for roughly 7 acres to be legally
described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Park Nicollet Plymouth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the affected property
from FRD to O.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
for reclassification of the zoning from FRD to O for roughly 7 acres located at the southwest
corner of Highway 55 and County Road 101, based on the following findings:
I. The proposed zoning would be consistent with the proposed reguiding of this portion of
the site to CO.
2. The proposed development would meet the purpose and intent of the office zoning
district.
3. Adequate infrastructure would be installed with the facility to support the proposed O
zoning of the site.
