RESOLUTION No. 2013-233
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT TO REGUIDE
ROUGHLY 7 ACRES FROM LA -4 (LIVING AREA 4) TO CO (COMMERCIAL OFFICE)

WHEREAS, Park Nicollet Health Services has requested a comprehensive plan
amendment to reguide roughly 7 acres of the 21 -acre site located at the southwest corner of
Highway 55 and County Road 101, within the area presently legally described as follows:
The North 238.70 feet of the East 208.70 feet of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 18, Township 118 North, Range 22
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
Together with:
The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 18,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West, according to the United States Government
Survey thereof.
WHEREAS, the area to be reguided would be platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Park Nicollet
Plymouth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
amendment to the comprehensive plan to reguide roughly 7 acres from LA -4 to CO.
FURTHER, to incorporate the changes, the city will modify Figure 3-1, 2030 Land Use
Plan in Chapter 3 of the Plymouth Comprehensive Plan; and
FURTHER, approval of the comprehensive plan amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
