RESOLUTION No. 2013-224
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE COMPENSATORY TIME OFF LETTER OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and AFSCME, Local '1445,
representing Plymouth maintenance employees, have met to negotiate a labor agreement in
accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached for the period of January 1, 2013 through
December 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the union has requested that the city approve a letter of agreement allowing
compensatory time off
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby approve the attached letter of agreement
regarding compensatory time off between the City of Plymouth and AFSCME for the period of
July 6, 2013 through December 31, 2015; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
