RESOLUTION No. 2013-222
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO
PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ENGINE 11
WHEREAS, Fire Department staff have identified Engine 11 for replacement in 2013; and
WHEREAS; vehicle replacement requires apparatus specifications to be developed; and
WHEREAS; apparatus specifications are to be released for pubic bid; and
WHEREAS; award of bid would not occur without City Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor
and City Manager to authorize staff to prepare specifications and solicit bids for the replacement of
Engine 11.
