RESOLUTION No. 2013-205
A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW A DONATION OF ONE FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE
INTERCEPTOR CANINE CAGE TO THE CRYSTAL POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department currently maintains three canine units; and
WHEREAS, the three canine units are transferring to a new model/style of squad which
makes the current canine cage obsolete for their use; and
WHEREAS, the Crystal Police Department is in need of a canine cage for a Ford Crown
Victoria Police Interceptor squad;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the donation to the Crystal Police Department
be allowed.
