ORDINANCE NO. 2013-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 4400 HOLLY LANE NORTH (2013027)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-1 (single family detached 1) with
respect to the roughly 1.4 -acre property presently legally described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter with the center line of State Highway No. 55, commonly known as
Rockford Road as now laid out and traveled; thence north along the said west line of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 358 feet; thence East parallel with the center
line of State Highway No. 55, 165 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of said
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 358 feet to the center line of said State
Highway; thence west along center line of said State Highway to the point of beginning,
all in Section 17, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 25, 2013.
