RESOLUTION No. 2013-189
A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA INSTITUTION
COMMUNITY WORK CREW FOR 2013-2014
WHEREAS, and The City of Plymouth Parks Department has back logged Parks and
Forestry projects and cleaning and repairs to be completed at the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, and IT WOULD be economically advantageous to utilize the ICWC
program to complete these tasks; and
WHEREAS, and adequate fiends are available within the 2013 budget and funding will
be requested for 2014 within the Park Maintenance and Plymouth Ice Center budgets
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the contract with the State of Minnesota
Institutional Community Work crew be awarded for services rendered in the amount of
$61,883.24 for July 1, 2013 -June 30, 2014, and $61,883.24 for July 1, 2014 -June 30, 2015 and
signed by the City Manager and Mayor.
