RESOLUTION NO. 2004-174
APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CANADIAN
PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRUNK
WATERMAIN CITY PROJECT NO. 3124
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently approved a contract for the installation of trunk
watermain between Pineview Lane and Larch Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed trunk watermain is within the Canadian Pacific Railroad right-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is required to work within the Canadian Pacific Railroad right-of-
way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the agreement as prepared by the Canadian Pacific Railroad for the installation of
a trunk watermain between Pineview Lane and Larch lane.
FURTHER, that fiunding for the cost of the license be provided from the Utility Trunk Fund
in the amount of $6,720.
