RESOLUTION NO. 2004-158
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND WAYZATA YOUTH HOCKEY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a signed agreement with Wayzata Youth Hockey
calling for a contribution of $625,000; and
WHEREAS, the Ice Center project has increased in cost; and
WHEREAS, Wayzata Youth Hockey has volunteered to contribute an additional
$100,000,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the new agreement dated April 13, 2004, calling for a net contribution of $725,000 is
hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on April 13, 2004.
