RESOLUTION NO. 2004-157
APPROVING AMENDED DOCUMENTS FOR THE ICE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth entered into a contract agreement with Ankeny Kell to
provide architectural services for the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, subsequently the City has entered into a contract to use constriction
management on the constriction of the ice arena project; and
WHEREAS, the AIA documents are in conflict at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign new AIA contract documents
between the City and Ankeny Kell correctly clarifying the role of the architect and the
CM on the ice arena project.
