RESOLUTION NO. 2004-154
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NOS. 2004-149,2004-150,
2004-151, 2004-152, AND 2004-153
VACATING PART OF MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE WEST WITHIN THE
NW1/4 OF THE SEI/4, SECTION 10-118-22-42
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of Medicine Lake Drive
West right-of-way by Resolution No's. 2004-149, 2004-150, 2004-151, 2004-152, and
2004-153; and
WHEREAS, it is in the City's interest that the vacation not be recorded until sufficient
right-of-way for the necessary street access and drainage and utility easements for
existing utilities as well as the City standard easements are provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolutions shall not be filed
until:
Right-of-way and drainage -utility easements from Dean Johnson
Homes (10-118-22-42-0002 and 0004), SVK (10-118-22-42-0006), and
Randy Johnson (10-118-22-42-0005) owners of the properties adjacent
to Medicine Lake Drive West are submitted and accepted by the City of
Plymouth for recording at Hennepin County.
