Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2004-146CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2004-146 APPROVAL OF LIONS PARK PLAYGROUND WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play equipment for Lions Park Playground; and WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statutes, bid specifications were prepared and distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on March 30, 2004, for Lions Park Playground; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: BIDDER PURCHASE PRICE Little Tikes Commercial/Flanagan Sales $74,998.13 Minnesota Wisconsin Playground $75,525.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Little Tikes Commercial/Flanagan Sales is declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Lions Park Playground and accepts their bid in the amount of $74,998.13 for Lions Park Playground. Further, that fiinding is from Fund 406. Adopted by the City Council on April 13, 2004.
