RESOLUTION NO. 2004-145
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE
PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER LOWER LEVEL CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, constriction has commenced on the Plymouth Creek Center with Lund
Martin Constriction; and
WHEREAS, the contractor and architect have submitted Change Order No. 1 in the
amount of $44,797; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of said
change order,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $44,797 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on April 13, 2004.
