RESOLUTION NO. 2004-122
REJECTING BIDS FOR ICE CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, bids were opened at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the bids exceeded the budget for the project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending rejection of the bids,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the City Council hereby rejects the bids listed in the memo of March 16, 2004, for the Ice
Center Expansion project and fiirther authorizes the Director Parks and Recreation to
rebid the project.
Adopted by the City Council on March 23, 2004.
