RESOLUTION 2004-104
APPROVING SALE OF PROPERTY AT
4890 MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE WEST
(southwest corner of Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest Boulevard)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth purchased the 6.57 acres at 4890 Medicine Lake Drive
West (PID# 10-118-22-42-0001), in 1992 as part of the Schmidt Lake Road constriction
project and financed that purchase through Tax Increment Financing; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will retain 1.47 acres for right-of-way;
WHEREAS, following a duly called public hearing as required by the City Charter, the
Council has determined that the property should be sold; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
staff to issue the Request for Development Proposals and proceed with the sale of the
City owned property located at southwest corner of Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest
Boulevard.
