RESOLUTION NO. 2004-103
AWARD OF BID FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE 2004-2005
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the 2004-2005 Landscape
Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, as in accordance with the State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on Febriary5th, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Tru Green Landscapes
$66,578.00
Sams Lawn Care
$118,907.00
Whereas, the bid from Tri Green is in conformance with the City's specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Tri Green Landscapes is declared the lowest
responsible bidder and accepts their bid in the amount of $66,578.00 for the 2004-2005 Lawn
Maintenance Program.
Adopted by the City Council on March 9, 2004.
