RESOLUTION NO. 2004-091
ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS
MEDICINE LAKE WATER QUALITY POND
CITY PROJECT NO. 2037
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. has largely completed plans and
specifications for the Medicine Lake Ponds Project, but guidance on the final configuration
is required before completing the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed three alternatives for the configuration of Pond
BC -P107 in the East Medicine Lake Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Council approves Alternative No. 3
which includes a portion of Ryerson's snow storage easement as shown on the drawing
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 2004.
