RESOLUTION NO. 2004-090
APPROVING 2004-2008 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Feburary 4, 2004 on the proposed
2004-2008 Capital Improvement Program for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed 2001-2006 Capital Improvements
Program conforms to the other chapters of the City's Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and other
planning documents.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
2004-2008 Capital Improvements Program is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on February 24, 2004.
