RESOLUTION NO. 2004-079
ESTABLISHING SURFACE WATER TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE
POND CLEANING, FLOODING, AND DRAINAGE ISSUES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council hereby establishes an ad-hoc citizen task force
to examine pond cleaning, flooding, and drainage issues, as well as related fiinding solutions. The
charge of the Surface Water Task Force is to:
• Study the extent of the issues associated with water quality mandates, pond
cleaning, flooding, and drainage issues.
• Provide recommendations to the City Council on the appropriate City role in
pond cleaning, flooding, and drainage correction issues.
• Work with staff to create options for fiinding programs involving pond cleaning,
flooding and drainage issues and provide recommendations to the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following members are hereby appointed to the Surface
Water Task Force:

Jack Moe
Bonnie Bronstad
Gary Ness
Steve Chesebrough
Tom Orr
Terrie Christian
Dick Pluflca
Richard Dunn
Tov Rezabek
Jack Gassner

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the five additional members to this Surface Water Task Force
would be appointed.
Adopted by the City Council on February 10, 2004.
