RESOLUTION NO. 2004-077
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR TROUPE AMERICA, INC. D/B/A PLYMOUTH PLAYHOUSE,
2705 ANNAPOLIS LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from Troupe
America, Inc. d/b/a Plymouth Playhouse, 2705 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale
3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Troupe America, Inc. d/b/a Plymouth Playhouse, 2705
Annapolis Lane. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for a period through January 31, 2005.
Approved by the City Council on February 10, 2004.
