RESOLUTION NO. 2004-075
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE
HENNEPIN COUNTY EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
MITIGATION PLAN AS THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH'S
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT MITIGATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's Emergency Management Division works in a
coordinated fashion with the Hennepin County Emergency Preparedness Division for a
variety of emergency management services; and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Emergency Preparedness has agreed to complete a
federally mandated All -Hazards Mitigation Plan on behalf of the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has required that all
municipalities within the United States adopt such a plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council hereby adopts the Hennepin County Emergency
Preparedness Mitigation Plan as the City of Plymouth's Emergency Management
Mitigation Plan.
Adopted by the City Council on February 10, 2004.
