RESOLUTION 2004-074
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR MINNESOTA BLUEGRASS & OLD-TIME MUSIC ASSOCIATION INC.
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by Minnesota
Bluegrass & Old -Time Music Association Inc. for a raffle to be conducted on March 7, 2004.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Minnesota Bluegrass & Old -Time
Music Association Inc. for an event at Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, 3 13 1 Campus Drive,
on March 7, 2004. The City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on February 10, 2004.
