FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PROVIDENCE ACADEMY
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Providence Academy for a raffle to be conducted on May 1, 2004.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Providence Academy for an event at
3315 Fernbrook Lane, on February 9, 2004. The City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting
period.
Adopted by the City Council on February 10, 2004.
