SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-058
VACATING PONDING EASEMENT WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, MALLARD POINTE
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a ponding easement by
Resolution No. 2004-058.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
A new ponding easement document has been submitted and accepted
by the City of Plymouth for recording at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 2004.
